“The pain that you create now is always some form of nonacceptance, some form of
unconscious resistance to what is.”
– Eckhart Tolle
When we learn to accept pain we can use it as a gateway for accessing a deeper part of ourselves.
Pain is an inevidable part of life – we all experience forms of physical and emotional pain at some point, but learning how to manage and deal with that pain is the key to transcending it.
Working out/exercising is a great way to practice transcending pain.
I like to use exercise as a spiritual practice, pushing myself to the limit is a way for me to become comfortable with pain, it involves disidentifying myself with suffering.
Remember: We all experience pain, but suffering is optional…
